This advertising campaign will help you increase buyer engagement on your product card. Marketplace algorithms will see your product as interesting for buyers and promote it more often. In addition, your customers will be able to get answers to their questions in the "Questions" tab and rate you as a responsive seller.
To create such an advertising campaign, go to the "Promotion" tab —> "Your Sites". Click the "Add Campaign" button, select the "Other Actions" tab —> "Marketplaces". Now you need to select the action "Ask a Question About a Product" and paste the link to the product card.

We recommend, when adding a link to a product on a marketplace, that you remove UTM parameters. This will make the links shorter. Additionally, it’s difficult to predict how UTM parameters might affect the statistical algorithm indicators of a specific marketplace.
After you have shortened the link, proceed to set up the advertising campaign. Specify the required number of completions per day and set your desired targeting in the "Geotargeting" tab. Geotargeting setup depends on the marketplace you're using and its audience. You can also create question templates for participants and don’t forget to set the language in which they will ask you questions.
Once you have set up your advertising campaign, don’t forget to top up its account—this way, it will start running immediately after moderation. Moderation of advertising campaigns usually takes up to 2 hours.
As soon as the advertising campaign passes moderation, our participants will begin receiving and completing your tasks. Moderators will review the screenshots of the completions and approve successful ones. You will be able to view completed tasks by screenshots in the campaign statistics.
