To create a promotional email newsletter, find the "Promotion" item in the left menu of the site, expand it, and click the last link in the list that opens — "Paid e-mail". You will be taken to the page with the interface for adding email newsletters.

You can set up geographical targeting for your newsletter. To do this, go to the tab with the same name.
Here you can choose recipients for your emails from regions of Russia, CIS countries, Europe, and other countries. It is not recommended to narrow the recipient pool too much by geographic location, because the number of subscribers in specific regions may not be very large. In the field next to the region name, the number of subscribers with the corresponding geography is shown.

If you check "Hide referrer", the use of our service will be hidden. Counters on your site will not identify traffic coming from emails as referrals from our site, but the email will only be available for reading from the IPweb Surf program.

If you do not have enough funds to pay for the selected number of emails, only as many emails as your balance covers will be sent.
To continue the newsletter, top up your account and increase the number of emails in your newsletter.
The button for adding emails is shown in the picture.
